QuickBooks helps millions of small businesses and accountants run their day-to-day. My teams owned some of its most-used surfaces, where the design challenge is making dense business data and multi-step workflows feel simple for expert users.

The work spanned design strategy, end-to-end product design, and the research behind it — reframing problems with product metrics, mapping journeys, and shipping across global teams. A sample of that work is below.
