Led the design of a new shipping experience in QuickBooks, working with Product, Engineering, and ShipEngine while guiding the design team through a time-sensitive launch. Shaped the experience from rate comparison and label creation to checkout and tracking, generating 12K+ labels and an estimated $8.4K in revenue.
Brought a new employee benefits offering to small businesses through QuickBooks Payroll, working with SMBs, Accountants and the Guideline team to shape a simpler integration using existing QuickBooks data. Onboarded 500+ SMBs and provided benefits to 80,000+ employees.
Built and launched a marketplace for independent makers, onboarding 78 sellers and 147 listings with 28 orders. Designed for time-to-value, letting sellers experience the product and create their first listing before completing KYC.
