Making benefits feel native to QuickBooks

Designing a connected benefits experience across QuickBooks Payroll and Guideline, reducing customer effort and creating a scalable integration approach.

The challenge

Small businesses wanted to offer benefits. But benefits were complicated.

Small businesses were increasingly competing for employees who expected benefits, but offering and managing benefits could be complicated.

“I don’t want to be that involved anymore.”

The opportunity wasn’t simply to add benefits to QuickBooks. It was to remove the work surrounding them.
